The Backup Client Software is installed on each computer that you plan to backup. The Backup Client performs the backup process and sends the backup data to the Backup Server for storage. The Backup Client reads the files from your local computer and transmits the backup copy, compressed and encrypted, to the Backup Server. The Backup Server verifies the backup data and stores it in the appropriate account on the backup storage drive.
